Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (PRC) is a personalised NDIS-funded support designed for people with a psychosocial disability — where mental health challenges impact daily living, relationships, community participation and wellbeing. Our Recovery Coaches work alongside you to build skills, confidence, resilience and independence, helping you pursue your goals and live life on your terms.
What is Psychosocial Recovery Coaching?
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is a capacity-building support funded under the NDIS that:
• Supports your recovery journey – helping you identify and work toward your personal goals.
• Builds practical life skills – from decision-making and daily routines to social and community participation.
• Strengthens resilience and wellbeing – helping you manage stress, challenges and setbacks.
• Connects you with supports – including community services, mainstream services and other NDIS supports
Recovery coaching is participant-led and flexible. Your coach travels the journey with you, empowering you to take control and make decisions that reflect your values and aspirations.
How We Support You
Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaches will work collaboratively with you to:
• Understand what recovery means to you and help you build a recovery plan that reflects your goals.
• Identify strengths, values and supports that help you live well.
• Build confidence, resilience and coping strategies for daily life.
• Strengthen social connections and community participation.
• Support you to navigate the NDIS and access the services you need.
• Work with families, carers and other professionals when you choose to involve them.
Our approach is strengths-based, recovery-oriented and flexible to your needs – recognising that every person’s path to recovery is unique.



What You Can Expect
Our Recovery Coaching services may include:
✔ One-on-one coaching – tailored support to help you work toward your personal goals.
✔ Goal planning and skill building – developing practical strategies for daily living.
✔ Wellbeing support – tools for emotional regulation, coping and resilience.
✔ Community engagement – assistance to connect with community and social activities.
✔ Support navigation – help understanding and using your NDIS plan where relevant.
Services can be delivered face-to-face, online or by phone, depending on your preference and location.

• Are seeking support to achieve personal and meaningful life goals.

If your NDIS plan doesn’t currently include Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, you can discuss this with your NDIS planner or Local Area Coordinator (LAC).
