Support Coordination

Support Coordinators build your capacity by helping you understand and use your NDIS plan. A support coordinator will assist you to connect to service providers in order for you to meet your support needs and reach your goals. Support Coordinators help you exercise choice and control throughout your whole NDIS Plan. Working alongside a support coordinator helps you strengthen relationships, manage your service providers, increase independence and build community connections and informal networks.

Specialist Support Coordination

Specialist Support Coordination involves all of the above features and is provided to clients who are also experiencing complex and challenging situations.
